MUU gallery presents the first solo exhibition of Ville-Veikko Viikilä (b.1980, Finland), who uses mainly oil and acrylic paints, but occasionally also alkyd, latex, spray paint, ink, coloured pencils, and combinations of all of the above. Viikilä's abstract-expressive paintings are rich in colour, showing glimpses of figurative elements that shed light on his mental horizon. |
