In the course of the last three years I developed
various performances with a blue rope.
Finally I discovered

The End of the Rope


Part of the performance is a video projection with material
taken from nine earlier performances with the rope.



Willem Wilhelmus is a performance and body artist working with the simplest of materials: a rope, strings, paper, a briefcase, etc. He sets himself the task of creating a dense atmosphere of contact with the material, audience, but first of all with himself.
Presence is the basis for each presentation.
