May 26, 2003, at 18.00 Space and Movement Address: Forum Box, Ruoholahdenranta 1, Helsinki Performers: Liisa Pentti, Minna Harri, Oblivia Discussing professionals: Pauliina Hulkko, Erkki Soininen Liisa Pentti (Finland) The current work on the artist-choreograph Pentti is Masha A(mplituda), where she uses 8 mm film, video, text and dance. The footage has been shot in Vilna a couple of years back. In the Muu Monday/live Pentti's idea is to show the material in daylight. Minna Harri (Finland) Harri composes her performance of movement material, produced by rhythmical principles and voices, which are basically phrases from speech. The voice ranges from language to non-verbal expression. The crucial means for this funny and minimalistic performance are repetition and variation. Oblivia (Finland) Two short solo pieces. The discussing professionals Erkki Soininen, an artist, who shows a video of a choreography called Vesijohto (the water pipe), which he made for the dancer Carl Knif. Pauliina Hulkko a dramaturgist, whose most recent work Amoralia was on display in Kiasma last winter. Hulkko is a member in the group Särjen ääni.
