The Blackroom Act (Finland)

The Blackroom Act is a Helsinki-based group of artists creating performances for theaters and public spaces. The group was founded in 2003 by two dancers, a choreographer and a visual artist. The group occupies it´s podium with an all-embracing approach, employing the creative strategies of dance, theatre and visual arts. Their latest performance "Love is redeemed before christmas" was shown at Zodiak, a centre of contemporary dance in Helsinki. For Direct Exposure they will perform the piece "Bocks" that is made especially for public space.
