ISSUES WE LIKE TO FOCUS ON
How are digital exhibitions, presentations, events etc, to be realized. What is the role of Museums, who should host an internet collection or library, and where can previous internet projects be seen.
Despite the physical distances that separate internet users they are connected in real time. How does this realtime connection influence artists and where they are located in the world.
Access to media events and services are ever dependent on paying, the IT world is big business and expanding at a fast rate. How is this influencing artists usage and production of the digital arts.
Is it still a predominantly masculine sphere of activity where consumers are concerned with experimenting with all the latest innovations in IT which expresses a masculine identity using the vocabulary they have created.
Why is it that there is less time to create appealing and engaging projects although we have more effective powerful equipment.
What kind of digital world are we living in, how is this digital technology defining the world we live in. What kind of digital realities are being created on the internet, are they mirrors of the 'real' world or something new.
