PERFORMANCES EXHIBITIONS SEMINARS WORKSHOP THE CLUB

 

The works by the artist couples make the core of the Amorph!08 festival weekends both in Paris (7-8 June) and in Helsinki (30-31 August). Except them, the festival presents videotheques with performative video works and performance documents and seminar. In Paris the videotheque will consist of Finnish works, in Helsinki the works are French. Furthermore, in Helsinki, there will be festival club, exhibition, seminar and workshop. The theme of the workshop is art in public spaces and it is aimed for artists and art students as well.

Workshop artists will walk through the working area starting from Cable Factory 29 August at 10 am. Free entry.

10-12 am Mimosa Pale – Viviana Moin at Hietalahti flea market, Dirty Soap

12-2 pm Pessi Parviainen – Christophe Bruno at Sinebrychoff park, Sinebrychoff park 2.0

12-4 pm Jouni Partanen – Charlie Jeffery, start from Eläintarhan huvila at 12pm, Eläintarhantie 14 to Hietalahti market around 2pm, FAT BALL WALK

4-6 pm Essi Kausalainen – Carole Douillard at Hietalahti seaside, at Saturday Saturday night fever, at Sunday Conversations

Carole Douillard & Essi Kausalainen (riverside at Pont de Sèvres, the
Sèvres side; take metro to Pont de Sèvres and walk over the bridge to
Sèvres)
