Schurkenessen is an organisation dedicated to the performative presentation of food. The key figures of the group are Pavel Bogdanovic – who will act on behalf of Schurkenessen at the amorph!03 summit –, Susanna Chen, Helmut Oesting andFelix Rahne. Schurkenessen collaborated with experts of different fields, for example with the Zürich based Dr. Martin Krahe, a biotechnologist and specialist for fermentation processes

For the amorph festival »Schurkenessen« will do a cooking performance at Harakka island. They offer their know how and service for designing new national foods. Christoph Jaenisch from NOVA will support Schurkenessen in Helsinki.
